            Quaker State Commercial Finance is a private commercial mortgage financing firm located in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  The company provides various types of debt and equity capital for real estate and business ventures.  Since its inception over 35 years ago, Quaker State Commercial Finance and its affiliates have provided commitments for over $800 million dollars in apartments, office buildings, residential developments, land loans, shopping centers, and other more unique projects.  Our company has continued to maintain a reputation of quality, integrity, creativity and honesty in the commercial finance industry.
